Instant Flat Starter Pack

Price dependant on personal requirement
Our handyman can come with a van to help you move in or out of your property or help you move a large item of furniture. Or we can organise for a removals company at your request if preferred. Cost for this will vary depending on which service you require.

Cleaning Services

We can provide you with a cleaning service if required. This could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly and will ensure the property is kept at a good level of cleanliness. Another option is an exit clean where we can have the property cleaned upon you departure, before you return the keys to us.

The cost for this is based on each individual property

Contents Insurance

Price dependant on personal requirement
We can recommend to you an insurance provider who can help you with contents/liability insurance. This insurance provider can provide you with information on the kind of policy you would require, they can give you advice on the pros & cons of having insurance and endeavour to give you the best offer they can on the policy you require.

Move In Bundle

Price dependant on personal requirement
When you rent a place, you can get it kitted out with the essentials so you can move straight in eg, duvets, food essentials, toiletries. This might appeal to you if you are renting in the city for business but actually live somewhere else. We can provide you with the very basics for your first night or if required, we can offer a more advanced package with all your starter essentials.
